The hotel is conveniently located close to Seminyak and Kuta/Legian, offering good value for the price point in the Sunset Road area. The rooms are bright, impeccably clean, and come with lovely linens and advertised balconies, though they may feel a bit small for two people. The hotel's service is top-notch, with the staff displaying old-school decor, hospitality, and excellent assistance, including driving guests to the hospital and waiting for them, showcasing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location, while good for business stays, may be a bit far from convenience shops and outside dining options; however, the available shuttle service helps bridge this gap. Dining options are decent but could benefit from more variety, with some noise possibly audible from the floors above. Overall, a pleasant stay with attentive service and clean, well-equipped rooms.

The hotel offered clean and attractive rooms with lovely clean linen, though the bathroom was not very clean right after check-in. The service was exceptional with very friendly and attentive staff always putting a smile on their face. The location was in a nice quieter section, but felt a little let down as it was not as easy to access the beach as expected. The dining experience leaned heavily towards Asian cuisine and could improve its selection. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service in a quieter location.

The hotel rooms were large, airy, and clean at first glance. However, we noticed some ants on the dresser, which turned out to be due to crumbs left by the previous occupants that had not been seen by the cleaning crew. The rooms were very clean and tidy overall, although there was no balcony available.
